NETS NOW OPEN!

Net practice is still limited to people from the same household, or up to 6 people from different households. Please see full details by clicking here. A booking form for the nets can be found here.

Please note: The nets are booked every Tuesday evening 6pm – 8pm for Senior training.

Welcome to Twyford Cricket Club!

Welcome to Twyford Cricket Club! Our site is regularly updated with notices on upcoming events, match reports and any other news.

The beautiful grounds of Hunter Park are home to Twyford Cricket Club, just 2 miles from Winchester. Adults matches are on Saturday afternoons, starting at 1pm and your support is always welcome! There is tea/coffee/squash in the pavilion for you to help yourself and there isn’t a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon with the family. The full list of fixtures for the Senior team can be found by clicking here.

The Club also has a thriving Colts section.  We have 3 Colts teams: U9s, U11s and U13s. These teams train on Friday nights during the cricket season and matches are played on Sunday mornings. There is a barbecue open to all after each training session.

New for 2019: The club have joined ECB’s All Stars Cricket. This initiative is designed for 5 to 8 year olds and is a perfect introduction to cricket. Each member gets a personalised kit bag and an 8 week training programme, runing on Fridays from 10th May to 5th July, 6-7pm. The sign up page for All Stars can be found here.

The most recent addition to Twyford Cricket Club is our extremely successful Ladies team, part of the W10 initiative. The Ladies also train on Friday nights and regularly play festivals and tournaments. Their page can be found here.

As a measure of our commitment to the community and the safety of our Twyford Colt members, please read our Colts rules and our Welfare page.
